Appointment Fee

The fee for ear wax removal is £69 and is payable at the initial appointment.

Follow-Up Appointments

In most cases, ear wax removal is successfully completed during the first visit. However, where further treatment is required, follow-up appointments relating to the same episode of care will be provided at no additional charge.

Free Hearing Check

A complimentary hearing check may be provided during your appointment if clinically appropriate or requested by the patient.

Suitability for Treatment

Ear wax removal is subject to clinical suitability. In some cases, treatment may not be possible or may need to be postponed due to factors including, but not limited to:

  • Ear infections

  • Excessive sensitivity or unable to sit for procedure

  • Medical contraindications

Where treatment cannot proceed safely, appropriate advice will be provided.

Results of Treatment

While we aim to remove ear wax successfully during treatment, complete wax removal cannot be guaranteed in every case and may depend on the condition of the ear canal and wax build-up.
